Delete your Mathkins data

Mathkins – Kids Math Practice, by Kips Technologies (Vishnu M S)

Everything the child does in Mathkins stays on the phone. Practice progress, stars, the child's profile name and photo are never sent to us.

Delete data stored on the device

  1. To clear practice progress only: open Mathkins → Settings → For grown-ups → Reset all progress.
  2. To delete everything: uninstall the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Mathkins → Storage → Clear storage.

Delete a feedback message you sent us

If you used Settings → Contact us / Send feedback, we received the name and message you typed, plus the app version, Android version, device model and app language.

  1. Email kipstechnologies@gmail.com with the subject “Mathkins data deletion request”.
  2. Include the name you typed in the form and roughly when you sent it, so we can find it.
  3. We delete the matching message(s) within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Even without a request, every feedback message is deleted within 6 months of being received.

Crash reports

Crash reports are anonymous: they contain technical details and a random installation ID that is not linked to the child or to any account, so they can’t be matched to a person. They are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically by Google Firebase Crashlytics.
